Experience Level: At least 3-5 years in an agency/media environment at middleweight – senior level

The expectation of success:

We are on the hunt for a social savvy, creatively driven account manager to head up our brand team leading key accounts from our London office. The ideal candidate has a degree and a minimum of 3 years experience working in an agency or media company leading brand accounts, experience across drinks and retail is desirable. You’ll need to have a real passion for marketing, knowledge of influencer-based campaigns and the ability to deliver social content. You should be able to demonstrate some strategic thinking, creativity and be able to manage account and project delivery at a high level. You will have a proven track record in creating and managing content, delivering on strategies and have a clear understanding of how social media content and engagement is driving marketing within youth culture.

An eye for detail, meticulous organisation and a true passion for both culture and entertainment are key to being successful within the role. You’ll be confident, and have good leadership abilities and be able to take on challenges and coordinate teams.

A typical week @ Disrupt involves…

+ Leading key accounts
+ Client management and relationship building
+ Planning and executing influencer marketing, social and content strategies that drive engagement growth for our clients
+ Oversee implementation of creative strategies
+ Working as part of the team to develop and deliver marketing and advertising strategies
+ Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis and provide a high level of service
+ Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
+ Have the ability to develop and manage social + content strategies/calendar for a client
+ Following internal process for reporting and analytics, and then provide feedback and insight into digital delivery
+ Supporting the account directors and teams across the client campaigns when required
+ Pulling together reporting from different teams
+ Weekly reports to client with good understanding of developments of strategies and content
+ Piece together keynote presentations to a high level
